Terms of trade

1. SAMPLE GOODS

You have requirements we will provide samples. Standard postage fee will be paid by the recipient, except for the recipient who has a courier account (Fedex, DHL, TNT ...). However, not all samples are accepted as our policy is always flexible. All samples are the products of the latest crop and are the basis against which the goods will be exported. 

2. PAYMENT

The most common currency of payment is the US dollar. We also allow the use of the Euro, the Yuan in some transactions. Customers can discuss with us to agree & choose the following forms of payment: 

+ T TR (Telegraphic Transfer) 

Details of T TR form such as contract transfer rate, bank information, validity period, etc. will be negotiated by both parties on each transaction.

+ L / C (Letter of Credit): We accept L / C at sight; L / C confirm

+ D / P (Thanksgiving) at sight

+ CAD

+ DA (priority to customers and partners VIP)

3. DELIVERY

We always have in stock to supply to you. After you place an order, the order will be shipped to our factory for processing. With the system of machinery and equipment at the factory and a team of skilled workers, the goods will be quickly processed, packed and packed containers. The usual delivery time is 15 days from the date of receiving the deposit.

Relevant documents such as Vessel Storage, Bill of Lading and status information will be updated regularly for the buyer.

We also endeavor to coordinate accurately with consolidators or shipping lines to ensure your goods are delivered on time.

4. Roses

Customers who cooperate with us are not only direct buyers but also brokers or third parties who want to participate in our policies. We always appreciate and welcome every opportunity brokers offer. In return, the broker will receive a commission according to the agreement between the two parties.

All transactions related to the broker as well as the commission policy will be specified by the Sales Commission Agreement, and this information will be kept confidential.
